Exchanges and Returns

The customer may return the item(s) ordered 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that;

  • The item(s) have not been used.
  • The item(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact.
  • The item(s) is/are complete. All material accompanying the order must be returned.
The customer must request the return by email to returns.samvestuario@gmail.com indicating the item(s) they wish to return, as well as the order number. They must then send it to the following address;

The shipping costs for the exchange or return will be borne by the customer. Please note that if your return is made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the items ordered, SAM will not refund the shipping costs initially borne by the customer for the respective order.

After receiving the returned item(s) , SAM will analyze and confirm its condition and, where applicable, will refund the amount paid for the item(s) or voucher within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, which will be valid for 180 days. Please note that any subsequent returns of item(s) purchased with a voucher will always be made using the voucher.

The customer will be notified by email when their refund has been processed.

If the returned item(s) is/are damaged or shows signs of use, SAM reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund the item(s).


The following items cannot be exchanged or returned;

  • Custom-made and/or personalized party items.
  • Promotional items.
